Earth Water

It 's a project that aims to become an educational farm, farmhouse with accommodation and snacks, and an oasis in permaculture, where the environment and agriculture intersect in harmony and wellbeing.

The areas of intervention of the project is divided into 5 areas:

a) improving the welfare of the individual and his "adaptation" to a life based on the rhythms of nature

b) the improvement of the ecosystem as a vital environment of the individual managing the property in permaculture (development of the territory and its resources)

c) the creation and management of farm and training activities and information on ethical, social, environmental

d) education about healthy eating - the food that we eat - and education not to waste food - eat less, eat better

e) the recovery of local traditions and customs, trade and agriculture in the area (take the knowledge of the local population), and recovery of the species of fruits "forgotten"
